Isot is a pepper production type specific to the Southeast. It is obtained by applying the drying technique of crushed red pepper and waiting at a certain temperature to darken the color. Arifoğlu Isot can be used in dishes where chili pepper is used. Isot, which is an indispensable spice of raw meatballs, is also used in dishes such as lahmacun and soup.
In Arifoğlu Spice production factory, products are offered for sale after sieving, sorting, sterilization and packaging processes. Production is carried out in accordance with ISO, HACCP applications within the framework of Total Quality Management Standards.
The shelf life of Arifoğlu products is two years. Products should be stored in a cool and dry place after opening. They should be kept closed, away from sunlight and moisture.
