Hasata Osmancık Rice is subjected to a completely natural Controlled Atmosphere process before packaging to prevent butterflying.
This process is based on keeping the product in regulated oxygen levels before packaging.
It should be stored in a cool and dry environment, away from sunlight.
Cooking Tip: To make your rice grainy, soak the rice in cold water for at least half an hour before cooking and wash it until the water becomes clear.
If you add a few drops of lemon juice to the rice while cooking, its color will be whiter.
