Brown sugar is obtained by mixing white crystal sugar with sugar cane molasses after some pre-processing. It is called ”brown sugar” because of its brown color.
Since brown sugar has a higher moisture retention feature, it is recommended to store it dry and well preserved.
Storage Conditions: Store in a cool and dry place.
