To make the rice grainy and delicious, wash the rice thoroughly to remove the starch on it, soak it in cold water for half an hour, this will shorten the cooking time.
If you add some lemon juice to the rice while cooking, its color will turn white.
Please store it in a cool place without humidity and sunlight, if possible in a cloth bag.
