For exchange or return of an item, you shall arrange to send the item back to the Qangal at your own cost.
You may arrange for the return of the item with us by notifying us in writing. This return will be subject to a service charge and domestic delivery cost. Notwithstanding any free domestic returns, you shall be responsible for all service charges as may be notified by Qangal.
In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-hours of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.
