Arifoğlu Sumac has a sour taste. It is used to add sourness to kebabs and some salads.

Arifoğlu products (spices and herbs) have a shelf life of two years. After opening, products should be stored in a cool and dry place, and products stored in closed boxes should be kept away from sunlight and moisture.
