Duru Whole wheat bulgur is produced from durum wheat like yellow bulgur, and it is a type of bulgur that contains more fiber and minerals due to the fact that the outer shell of the wheat is peeled less. The highest quality wheat is carefully selected and produced with great skill in factories with ISO 22000, IFS and BRC certificates. It is rich in fiber, vegetable protein, minerals and vitamins thanks to the natural stone mill.
Contains wheat gluten.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Cooking tip: Do not soak or wash. Cook by adding 2 glasses of water to 1 glass of bulgur.
