Harvested Basmati Rice is subjected to a completely natural Controlled Atmosphere process before packaging to prevent fluffiness. This process is based on keeping the product under oxygen regulated conditions before packaging.
Store harvested products in their original packaging, in a sealed container, away from other grains and legumes that may be contaminated with butterflies.
Cooking tip: Before cooking the rice, wash it in a strainer and let it sit in room temperature water for about half an hour. For the ideal consistency, we recommend adding about 2 cups of boiling water to 1 cup of rice. You can increase or decrease the amount of water according to your taste.
