It is a white, long-grained bean variety. It is a thin-shelled bean variety. It is preferred due to its flavor and is used in meals. It is mostly grown in Egypt and Argentina. Dry bean production, which does not have a high share in our country’s legume production, is intensively carried out in Konya and Kahramanmaraş provinces, as well as in Karaman, Samsun and Erzincan provinces.
In our state-of-the-art and hygienic facilities, light grains are cleaned with stone removing machines, optically and sensitively cleaned, sorted according to size, manually checked for final cleaning and packaged.
Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
